WifiTrak is a must-have app for iPod Touch owners! WifiTrak automatically finds Wifi networks that are free and open for you to use. It contains lots of different settings to customize the app too.
First, WifiTrak scans for networks in the area. Then, it tests each network for usability. It sorts them from best to worst, telling you which ones are hidden, require a code, and redirect you. It then allows you to connect to one you like. You can set the app to refresh the list of networks at a custom interval you can set. You can even set it to automatically connect to a network and open mail, safari, a URL, or exit the app.
The app worked suprisingly well. It found me lots of Wifi networks to use while on the go. It definitely is better than the Wifi settings in the Setting app. This app is 100% worth the money!
